About the event
An Ignatian Prayer Adventure is a 10 week contemplative retreat ‘in the midst of life’ for those seeking to deepen their life of faith.
The material adapted from the Spiritual Exercises of St Ignatius and using the work of Father Kevin O’Brien SJ, with plentiful online and printed material provided.
There will be group time for questions and discussion, as well as opportunity to explore aspects of Ignatian ways of prayer in a group context, and then to practise these ways yourself in your own setting during the week.
When: Mondays from 20 July through to 21 September from 7pm to 8.15pm
Where: Sessions will be held in The Phyllis Carmichael Chapel, Jordan Centre, Holy Trinity Church, corner of 4th Ave and Devonport Road, Tauranga.
Cost: There is no charge for the online material, just a koha of $10 per person suggested for supplementary resources.
